Clients who are being rejected on their Hot Keys for buying power should contact their brokerage when receiving a reject. Brokerages tend to have various rules in place for buying power so if your Hot Key is configured as shown below and you are still receiving a reject, you might want to check with your broker to see what your Buying Power is set to.
Unfortunately, Hot Keys are not configured to offset portions of your positions. You can configure Hot Keys to submit a certain amount of orders however, there is no configuration that takes a certain percentage of your positions.
