Chris oversees the Sterling Client Services team ensuring client operations are up and running day-to-day. He has a passion to assist others and strives to find a resolution to any issues that comes our way. What keeps Chris going is his addiction for Lacroix. In his spare time, you can find Chris surfing the waves of Lake Michigan!

Tatiana focuses specifically on Sterling Risk Engine, Sterling VolTrader and the Web & Mobile platforms. She has extensive background in finance and is a recent transplant to Chicago.

Jared assists with daily operations and platform configurations on the client service desk. We can tell he’s brave because he jumped right into the mix with the team without any hesitation or being scared off!

Alex specializes in user management and platform support for the team. He’s an Economics graduate from Northwestern University and one of few local Chicagoans who believe that ketchup is an acceptable condiment. He enjoys poking fun at northsiders and rooting for underperforming sports teams.

Monika assists with current clients on projects for new products and services. She is a recent graduate from UIC, Go Flames! When she’s not at work she’s either walking along Lake Michigan or eating sushi.
